Good location and transportation options. Stayed multiple times before. Some rooms can be noisy due to ventilation. Recommend for families on a road trip. Cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Clean and basic rooms. Useful tip about family showers at the pool. Quiet despite being full. Helpful and courteous staff. Warm and soft quilt.

Showers need an upgrade for glass doors. Double room had a lock and fair price. Access to pool and gym included. Comfortable bed and window AC. Close to subway, 40 mins to Times Square.

The chocolates and cookies in the room and the hot cocoa in the lobby were nice little extras during the festive season. The hotel is situated near several bus stops and subway lines, making it easy to explore the area. The gym was a good way to work off all the holiday treats.
The decor was outdated and the facilities were not well-maintained. The noisy heating system made it difficult to sleep.
